Group Finance Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing privately owned group operating across the security and facilities sector. With turnover currently in the multiple £10's of millions and a forecasted 50% growth following recent acquisitions, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation.

They're now looking to appoint into a newly created Group Finance Manager role. This position will play a key part in supporting the Finance Director on a range of strategic and technical projects at group level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the design and delivery of a centralised finance function
• Preparing and consolidating monthly accounts across four legal entities
• Leading on group-level cash flow forecasting and reporting
• Working closely with existing management accountants, with scope to shape the structure of the finance team
• Involvement in post-acquisition integration and financial oversight of new business units

The business offers:

• Salary of £50,000 - £55,000
• A dynamic and acquisitive group with significant headroom for progression
