Group Experience Divisional Manager

Who is a Group Experience Divisional Manager?

The Group Experience Divisional Manager is responsible for implementing and managing all Group Experience programming in the club, including Group Fitness, Performance, and Team Training programs.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversees all aspects of the Group Fitness, Performance, and Team Training programming.
  • Supports Operational Divisional Managers and General Managers as a specialist in Group Experience management.
  • Works with the club General Manager and Operational Divisional Manager to establish goals, objectives, and budgets.
  • Presents Group Experience information at various events (Instructor connection events, club-related events).
  • Manages and directs program development and scheduling, ensuring alignment with club goals and budgets.
  • Analyzes reports and statistics to guide program adjustments and support the Operations Management team.
  • Recruits and develops Coaches and Instructors for all programming.
  • Organizes training and development initiatives for staff.
  • Ensures high-quality service across all programs by providing ongoing feedback to Instructors and Coaches.
  • Participates in the development and delivery of training for staff as directed.
