Kinterra is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional executive support while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Toronto office. This is a highly visible, firmwide role that partners closely with multiple senior leaders to ensure seamless administrative operations and an exceptional workplace experience.
The successful candidate will manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, oversee expenses, liaise with office vendors, support facilities management, coordinate employee onboarding, and lead a variety of administrative projects. They will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, professional, and well-organized office environment while enabling senior leadership to operate effectively.
