Reports To: Group Collections and Commissions Specialist
Department: Group Actuarial
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON, a minimum of two (2) consecutive days every other week, plus one (1) additional day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement, and some roles may require more in-office days.

This role is responsible for providing service to our clients and advisors on matters related to premium collection and advisor compensation, as well as processing related tasks in our administration system.
