Job Description

Department Overview: Prime Brokerage within Capital Markets Risk Management (CMRM) manages market and credit risk reporting for TD Securities. The team focuses on mitigating counterparty credit risk by monitoring client collateral and OTC/SFT transactions, managing risks for Canadian and US Prime Services, and handling complex processes involving derivatives, regulatory margins, stress testing, liquidity, and IPV. This role offers exposure to hedge fund and professional investor risk management.

Position Summary: The candidate must demonstrate governance, control, and risk management behaviors aligned with TD policies. Responsibilities include partnership with credit, legal, front office, risk control, and other areas; leadership and coaching of analysts; daily portfolio monitoring; collateral management; policy reporting; and project management to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts, oversee recruitment, and evaluate performance.
• Monitor client portfolios daily, manage collateral calls.
• Present to senior management and manage policy reporting requirements.
