WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Maintain grounds of outside property, including parking lots, landscape areas, garage, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters.
• Perform minor asphalt or concrete repairs.
• Repair directional signage; paint parking lot stripes, curbs, etc.
• Clean grounds and remove litter as needed.
• Use heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment, pressure washers, and aerial lifts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

• Facilities maintenance or groundskeeping/landscaping experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state Driver’s License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, and finishing skills is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Maintain high energy levels and proactively address issues.
