1. Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
2. Maintains grounds of outside property as assigned, including parking lot, landscape areas, garage, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, etc.
3. Performs minor repairs of asphalt or concrete.
4. Performs directional signage repair.
5. Paints parking lot stripes, curbs, etc.
6. Cleans grounds and removes litter as needed.
7. Responsible for safe and efficient use of heavy equipment and machinery, including sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment, pressure washers, and aerial man lifts.
8. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
9. Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

1. Facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field, or groundskeeping/landscaping experience preferred.
2. Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid state Driver’s License.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic finishing a plus.
6. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
7. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive approach to dealing with issues.
