Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity is seeking a Grounds Lead Hand to provide daily direction to the Grounds staff and Equipment Operators and to perform varied manual and detailed equipment operation in landscape maintenance, snow removal, and grounds clean up.
Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Maintenance, you will determine projects, guide staff, ensure timely completion of assignments, and support campus upkeep with a focus on safety and efficiency across seasonal tasks.
This is a term position to October 2027.
