About the Role

We're looking for reliable, hardworking crew members to join our landscape construction team. This is a full-time position supporting a Foreman on synthetic grass, paving stone, and landscape installation projects.

This job is for people who show up on time, work hard, and want to be part of a strong crew. Youll work outdoors, build cool things, and learn valuable skills every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work daily
• Assist in site prep, digging, loading materials, and moving supplies
• Lay synthetic grass, install paving stones, and support foundation builds
• Operate small tools and equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, compactors)
• Help keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Support your Foreman and team wherever needed
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
