Qualifications

• Playground inspection certificate.
• Grade 12 or equivalent diploma.
• Computer use knowledge.
• Minimum of two years' experience in one or more of the building trades.
• Valid driver's license with a heavy trailer endorsement.
• Provide a reliable vehicle if required.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required to perform assigned work.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other trades and contractors.
• Ability to do heavy work (exert 100 lbs of force occasionally and up to 50 lbs of force frequently and 20 lbs of force constantly to move objects).
• Ability to recognize work that is required and perform necessary work or create a service request.
