Job Purpose

Primary Responsibilities

1. Assist flight crews and customers requiring assistance to enplane/deplane.
2. Safely and efficiently operate and maintain ground support vehicles and equipment required to service aircraft.
3. Perform custodial duties in and around all company-managed facilities e.g., recycling, garbage, cleaning hangars, and maintaining grounds.
4. Marshall, de-ice, and anti-ice aircraft.
5. Groom and detail aircraft interiors/exteriors as required.
6. Handle baggage and cargo, load, and unload aircraft.

General Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's vision, mission, and values.
2. Ground service attendants will be cross-trained with customer service attendants, detailers, and cargo agents, where applicable, to provide those duties/coverage when necessary.
3. Safety responsibilities as outlined in the Safety Management System (SMS) manual.
4. Carry out duties in accordance with health, safety, and environment legislation and regulations.
