Job description

Position: Low-Rise Window Cleaner

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Low-Rise Window Cleaner is responsible for performing exterior/interior building cleaning and maintenance functions on low-rise buildings and other structures.

Location- GTA

Schedule- Flexible, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Performing exterior and/or interior cleaning for low-rise buildings and/or post-construction sites
• Comply with the Aurum's policies and procedures
• Maintaining assigned equipment, handling them with care and responsibility
• Performing tasks like caulking, weatherproofing, power washing, and duct cleaning
• Participating in required training
• Performing other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Experience

• 2+ years of window cleaning/cleaning experience
• Ontario's G license is a must
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Water-fed/Tucker pole experience is considered an asset
• Working at heights certification is considered an asset
• Elevated lift certification is considered an asset
  
  

Work Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 30-50lbs
• Ability to work up to 10 feet high buildings
