Executive Aviation is looking for Ground Handler Leads at Nanaimo Airport to provide hands-on leadership and support for each flight. This role involves working safely and efficiently with aircraft, leading ground operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading ground handling operations daily
• Managing team briefings and operational performance reviews
• Ensuring all ground equipment and procedures meet safety and regulatory standards
• Handling baggage, aircraft servicing, de-icing, and equipment inspections
• Reporting malfunctions and maintaining documentation for billing and audits

Qualifications :

• Current airline training certifications and valid restricted area pass (AVOP D / A)
• Leadership skills, safety focus, and reliable punctuality
• Ability to meet employment conditions, including background checks and valid driver’s license
