Your Independent Grocer is hiring Store Team Members to deliver friendly customer service and maintain clean, well-stocked shelves. You will assist with pricing, stocking, and basic inventory tasks, helping to create aPositive shopping experience for customers.

No prior experience is required and training is provided. This is a unionized role; flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is needed, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
