Job summary

Your Independent Grocer in Ontario is hiring Store Team Members to provide a positive in-store shopping experience. You will ensure shelves are stocked, assist customers, and support promotional programs in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required. Training is provided to help you succeed, with flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. This is a unionized, entry-level position offering opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we provide training to set you up for success.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50lbs and be on your feet for long shifts.
• A criminal background check is required for candidates 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs while assisting with ordering
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
