Your Independent Grocer stores across Canada are hiring Store Team Members to help provide a positive shopping experience. You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, ensure accuracy at checkout, and support promotions while keeping health and safety standards. No previous experience required; training provided.

Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout shifts. Unionized role with starting hourly wage.

Responsabilités

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
