Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is hiring Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by keeping shelves stocked and assisting customers. No prior experience is required as training is provided to set you up for success.

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends. This unionized role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stand/move for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
