Job summary

No Frills is hiring Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by keeping shelves stocked and meeting customer needs. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

You will join a unionized team and work hours may include days, evenings and weekends. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the store as needed, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
