Job summary

Save-On-Foods in St. Albert, AB is hiring a Grocery Clerk to join our energetic team.

Open evenings and weekend availability is preferred, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and keeping the department well stocked. You will share product knowledge with customers, ensure only the freshest items are displayed, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment while assisting shoppers with questions.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation.

We are hiring for a Grocery Clerk at our St. Albert North location in St. Albert, AB.

Open evenings and weekend availability is preferred.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
