Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Red Deer, AB is hiring a Grocery Clerk for an 8-20 hour per week position at East Hill Centre. You will assist customers, stock shelves, maintain neat presentation, and help ensure fresh products while keeping a safe, friendly shopping environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about great food, with a strong work ethic and integrity. Retail experience is an asset, with opportunities for growth, weekly pay, benefits, and education reimbursement.

We are hiring for a Grocery Clerk at ourEast Hill Centre location in Red Deer, AB.

Open availability is preferred.

8-20 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:
