Job summary

Acosta, Inc. in Dorval, QC, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to engage shoppers, sample products at No Frills, and share key product information. This permanent part-time role offers casual shifts throughout the year and training before your first shift.

Schedule includes Thursday and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will meet targets, handle simple samples, and complete post-shift reporting with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be available Thursdays and Fridays.
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site).
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and to complete reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local No Frills grocery stores.
• Share key product information and answer customer questions.
• Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions.
• Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts).
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, and tear down).
• Complete reporting after each shift.
