We are hiring a Store Associate for our store in Stoney Creek.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing high-quality customer service
• Recording transactions accurately at cash registers, including mainline and self-checkouts
• Replenishing merchandise around checkout areas
• Following up on hot-selling items, completing markdowns and SKU changes
• Maintaining planograms, labels, tickets, and signage standards
• Performing cycle counts as needed
• Complying with policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery
• Following health and safety policies and guidelines
• Keeping the checkout area clean and organized
• Following loss prevention practices

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

When You’ll Work:

A typical schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.

Physical Demands:

Stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, lift/move up to 18 kg (40 lbs.), perform repetitive hand motions, reach above shoulder and below waist, operate equipment including ladders. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.

• Opening: stocking, cleaning, opening registers, unlocking, receiving deliveries
