Real Canadian Superstore in Alberta is hiring Store Team Members to deliver friendly, efficient service and help ensure shelves are stocked and appealing.

You will assist customers, maintain displays, scan products, participate in promotions, and uphold safety standards. No prior experience required; training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a large, values-driven Canadian retailer.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Training provided to set you up for success.
• Able to move up to 50lbs and stay in constant mobility for a shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
