Longo's is seeking a Grocery Assistant Department Manager - Full Time to lead in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist the Grocery Manager with daily operations, mentor Team Members, and ensure top-notch customer service while upholding safety and company standards.

As part of the role you will merchandise, manage inventory and scheduling to meet financial objectives, while delivering exceptional service to customers and vendors. Flexibility for days, evenings and weekends is required.

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a grocery department with product knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
