Job description

Job Title: Office Support Staff

Location: Grizzly Energy Office, 10 minutes North of Eckville, Alberta

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating meetings and schedules

- Handling correspondence and document management

- Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing

- Supporting staff with administrative tasks

- Filing and updating safety paperwork, including driver's logs

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, outlook)

- Experience in assets include QuickBooks Online, COR/SECOR Safety Audits, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tasks (not mandatory)

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule:

- Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am until 4:00pm

- Flexible to accommodate school/day home drop off and pick up
