Job summary

The role directs teams, aligns workloads with budgets and capital plans, and drives continuous improvement through collaboration, technology, and innovation. As a member of the leadership team, you will mentor staff, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Power Line Technician or Substation Electrician.
• Minimum 5 years in a related managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience working in a unionized environment with collective agreements.
• Valid Class G license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize field crews and equipment use.
• Report progress to VP Distribution Services and manage budgets.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate annual capital plans and work scheduling.
• Oversee outage response and communication with stakeholders.
