Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
• Experience leading within a regulated utility environment.
• Experience in labour relations and applying a collective agreement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize work assignments, crew rotations, and resource use.
• Keep leadership informed on progress, plans, decisions, and goals.
• Coach Supervisors on labor relations and ensure consistent resolutions with the collective agreement.
• Lead outage response, emergency planning, and safety-focused operations.
• Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets; coordinate with other departments.
