Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and courteous individual to join our team as a Greeter/Doorman. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience and ensuring a positive and memorable visit by welcoming them with genuine enthusiasm and providing a friendly introduction to our establishment.

Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, (6:00pm-12:00am), Friday and Saturday, (6:00pm-2:00am)

Responsibilities:

• Direct the cars at the main entrance.
• Provide helpful information, including directions, event schedules, and details about available services.
• Effectively manage cars during peak times to maintain a smooth and orderly flow of traffic.
• Demonstrate consistently polite and courteous behaviour to provide a positive first impression.
• Notify the manager in the event of guest complaints.
• Assist in the resolution process to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive resolution to concerns.
• Coordinate with other staff members, including security, to address guest needs efficiently.
• Foster effective communication with team members to create a cohesive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a gaming environment is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Bilingual.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
