Immediate opening for an Operational Team Leader. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave for approximately 18 months, expected to continue until April 2027.
Responsibilities include the safe and efficient coordination/supervision of team members engaged in the daily operation of the sawmill reporting directly to the Greenside Superintendent. This position is for a weekday rotating shift – Tuesday through Friday dayshift (2 weeks) and Monday through Thursday nightshift (2 weeks).
