Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in related agricultural field.
• Ability to supervise a team and manage daily cultivation tasks.
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision to greenhouse personnel in daily cultivation tasks.
• Develop and implement production plans for multiple cultivation facilities.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Manage daily crop care and scheduling to maximize production.
• Forecast production with the Operations Manager.
• Oversee post-harvest activities and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with Track and Trace and Work Safe practices.
• Travel between greenhouse locations as required.
