Job summary

The Supreme Farms in Ontario is seeking a greenhouse labourer to join our farming team. This on-site role covers crop care, pruning, cleaning, and supporting harvest activities to meet production goals.

You will work 32–40 hours per week at $21.00 per hour with permanent, full-time terms. English language skills are required; no degree is necessary, and previous farm experience is an asset.

  • Clean the crops
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas
  • Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards
  • Cut horticultural crops
  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
  • Greenhouse cleaning
  • Harvest seedlings
  • Tie and secure plants
  • Mix and prepare soils
  • Plant bulbs and seeds
  • Pot and re-pot plants
  • Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings
  • Report signs of insect or disease damage
  • Dig up wrapping rootballs of trees and shrubs
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
  • Clean work area
