Are you a UK, Australasian or U.S trained GP looking for a rewarding lifestyle and career change in Canada? Our physician-led clinic, located on the stunning west coast, is seeking a dedicated GP to join our team under BC’s innovative Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) model.

Position Overview:

We are recruiting Family Physicians to join our established private practice in Sidney, BC. You’ll be working under the LFP payment model, with additional earnings available through Fee-for-Service (FFS) billings.

Compensation & Package:

• Guaranteed annual income of $385,000 CAD, backed by the BC Ministry of Health
• 70/30% split on FFS billings on top (you retain 70%)
• Earning potential above $500,000 CAD per year
• $10,000 CAD relocation bonus
• 3-year contract with opportunity to extend
• Flexible schedule, typically 3–5 days per week
• Patient volume: 18–20 patients per day– designed for quality over quantity
• Full support provided for CPSBC registration, immigration, and relocation logistics
