Volunteer Position

Graphics Team Member

The Graphics Team Member supports the Marketing Commission by creating visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for various marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Commissioner and Graphic Design Deputy, the team member ensures all designs align with the organization’s visual identity standards. This role requires proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator and involves collaborating on projects, meeting deadlines, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

Applications will close on September 30th at 4PM.

Time Commitment

8 month-term from September 2024 to April 30th, 2025 with a time commitment of 3-4 hours / week.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Holds at least five (5) office hours per week to work on design requests and collaborate with the team.
  • Meets weekly with the Marketing Commissioner and Graphic Design Deputy to update progress, address challenges, and plan upcoming tasks.
  • Assists in creating, fixing, and approving graphics in accordance with Visual Identity Standards, and handle short-notice design requests.
