The E-Volunteer’s Role

Cuso International invites qualified candidates interested in working with the youth sector to make an impact for future generations.

As a volunteer with Rejoice Africa, you will help evaluate and revise the Young Leaders Development (YLD) three-year training program and develop graphic design materials to empower youth and young leaders in their communities.

Essential Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related fields. Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
2. Strong theoretical and practical background in graphic design, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Basic skills in motion graphics, video editing, GIF creation, 3D software, and animation are advantageous.
3. Knowledge of media production and communication, excellent verbal skills, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and openness to change.

About E-Volunteering

Cuso International’s e-volunteering program allows volunteers to work remotely with international partners, offering benefits similar to international volunteering but fitting into regular schedules without travel. Volunteers contribute to communities, gain skills, and build connections.

Volunteers need basic home office equipment, internet access, and moderate computer skills. Flexibility and patience are important, especially when working with remote or first-time partner organizations.
