Graphic Production Artist

We are currently looking for a Graphic Production Artist to join our team. In this role, you will produce projects for both print and digital platforms in an efficient, fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines. Compositions, pages, and content (images, copy, art, pricing) are assembled using various tools and applications, adhering to high-quality standards and ensuring on-time delivery. You will also ensure all files are accurate, all requested changes are implemented, and client-specific guidelines are followed, observing brand standards.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Generating electronic layouts using Adobe Creative Suite applications, internal tools, and resources, assembling digital content efficiently and according to client specifications.
2. Applying revisions to InDesign documents from internal and external sources, preparing files for final print or digital use, and generating PDFs.
3. Ensuring all work meets client and company standards and is error-free.
4. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within your team and the company.

Job requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree (or equivalent work experience) in computer graphics or print production.
• 5+ years of experience as a graphic layout artist.
• Strong knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of the MAC Operating System.
• Ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
• Ability to work additional hours during busy periods.
• Asset: knowledge of the Print and Digital Industries.
