Qualifications

About Our Team

Our Booster Juice Marketing Team spans both Edmonton and Toronto, managing all creative efforts for the brand across Canada. From print and digital advertising to in-store signage, social media content, and national sponsorships, our team is the creative heartbeat of Booster Juice. As part of this team, you’ll work full-time from our Mississauga Regional Office, collaborating with talented individuals to bring the Booster Juice brand to life.

Why this role?

As a Graphic Designer at Booster Juice’s regional office in Mississauga, you’ll work directly with the National Director of Marketing to craft eye-catching visuals for both national and regional campaigns. Your designs will be integral in promoting our brand across Canada, from social media content to in-store displays and large-scale advertising campaigns.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with the President/CEO, and the National Director of Marketing to develop eye-catching visuals for all national and regional campaigns.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Interpret project briefs to design compelling campaign elements that resonate with our audience.
• Manage Projects: Keep your creative queue organized and on track to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay On-Brand: Ensure all designs adhere to Booster Juice’s brand guidelines while infusing your unique, colorful style.
• Innovate: Contribute and infuse fresh, creative ideas that enhance our marketing efforts and set us apart in the market.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support Franchise Partners: Work with the marketing team to facilitate requests from Franchise Partners across Canada, including local promotions and event support.
• National Campaigns: Collaborate on national marketing materials, new product launches, and large-scale advertising campaigns.
• Operational Design: Assist with operational and store development requests, ensuring brand consistency in everything from menu boards to in-store design.
• Team Communication: Keep IT, Marketing, Store Development, Franchising, and Operations teams in the loop on project updates.
• On-Time Delivery: Work with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.

What You Bring:

• A Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Graphic Design.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an in-house or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Adobe Animate, After Effects) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of web design fundamentals and file preparation for web.
• A positive, collaborative attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with print production and prepress skills (an asset).
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Attention to detail, quality assurance, and a readiness to handle constructive feedback.
• Photography skills and retail design experience are also assets.
