Job summary

Bombardier seeks a Graphic Designer for the Innovation Center and Design in Dorval to craft visual content that communicates complex projects to senior leaders. You will create presentations, illustrations and templates, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support governance and product reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio in presentation design.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and designing polished presentations.
• Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize and maintain executive presentations with visual storytelling for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, simple visual content.
• Create original graphics, diagrams, processes and icons to enhance communication.
• Develop reusable templates and visual resources for consistency.
• Ensure Bombardier brand and presentation standards across deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Design & Innovation teams on reviews and initiatives.
• Support product teams with graphical elements ensuring clarity and branding.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Design, optimize and maintain impactful executive presentations focused on visual storytelling to effectively communicate the projects, strategies and vision of the Innovation and Design Centre.
• Translate complex concepts, analyses and technical information into clear, simple and high-impact visual content for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Create original graphic content, including illustrations, diagrams, processes, iconography and other visual materials aimed at enhancing understanding and engagement.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates and visual resources to ensure efficiency and consistency in communications.
• Ensure compliance with Bombardier’s brand, visual quality and presentation standards across all deliverables.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary Design & Innovation teams to visually support project reviews, governance activities and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with product development teams to design and implement product-integrated graphical and informational elements, ensuring clarity, regulatory compliance, visual consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Support UX/UI teams in creating digital visual content, including iconography, illustrations, interface elements and graphic assets that contribute to a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a dynamic, collaborative and deadline-driven environment.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• You are a self-driven, proactive, and autonomous individual, recognized for your resourcefulness, versatility, and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced graphic design skills, particularly in presentation design.
• You are proficient in PowerPoint and able to design complex, polished and visually distinctive presentations.
