About the Role :

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand and product stories to life. This casual role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and bringing creative concepts through to polished execution.

As our designer, you’ll work closely with our in-house Art Director and Marketing team to produce digital launch assets, 3D product visuals, and packaging templates for a variety of cannabis brands and products.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate creative briefs and copyinto compelling visuals.
  • Work with 3D models : create, purchase, or modify assets as needed.
  • Arrange, stage, and light 3D models; render final images.
  • Post-process images in Photoshop (trimming, colour correction, etc.).
  • Apply final visuals to Illustrator templates and update copy.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director for reviews and feedback.

What You Bring

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your design ability.
  • 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Blender, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Motivated self-training in Blender / 3D, if no prior experience.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected via Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary design education is an asset.
  • Remote with flexible scheduling.
  • Approximately 15-25 hours / month, with variability depending on launch cycles.
  • Expectation of delivering 8-12 creative assets per month.
