Qualifications

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en design graphique.
  • Expérience en design web (newsletters, bannières, médias sociaux).
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais requis.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the role

Under the supervision of the Creative Lead at Bikini Village, the selected candidate will contribute to defining the brand image, developing communication tools, and maintaining graphic standards.

They will play a key role in designing and producing visual content across digital and print channels, aligned with marketing goals and the brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and produce materials for seasonal advertising campaigns (web and in-store), aligned with the brand's positioning; approximately 80% web / 20% print;
  • Design marketing materials for the website (banners, homepage, and newsletters);
  • Design and produce materials related to the corporate image (logo, product packaging, stationery…) and in-store marketing materials (posters, contests, promotions, and videos);
  • Prepare documents for prepress and/or various media;
  • Organize photo files for public relations and e-commerce;
  • Create mockups and execute all graphic elements for each season;
  • Participate in quality control in collaboration with the Creative Lead;
  • Help implement and maintain an organized system for digital file management;
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions for creative concepts;
  • Collaborate in developing the brand image;
  • Prepare the retouching document, gather campaign details for 360 campaigns, and make them accessible to other graphic designers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in graphic design;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience required;
  • Experience in web design (newsletters, banners, social media);
  • Strong command of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as both Mac and PC environments;
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais (La personne aura à faire des campagnes publicitaires pour le marché également à l’extérieur du Québec).
