JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is a United Nations specialized agency that sets international Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) for aviation safety, air navigation, security, and environmental protection. ICAO is a knowledge-based organization engaged in developing intellectual property. The Revenue and Product Development (RPM) Section, part of the Capacity Development and Implementation Bureau (CDI), focuses on revenue-generating activities, including events, publications, databases, websites, training, implementation services, and printing. These activities support ICAO’s Strategic Goals.
The Product Management Unit (PTM) identifies, analyzes, and implements revenue-generating opportunities. The marketing team within PTM is responsible for promoting ICAO products, services, and events. Under the Head of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will develop, produce, and deliver branding, marketing, sales, and promotional materials for ICAO events, products, and services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Educational Background
Essential: College degree in graphic design, video production, or fine arts.
Desirable: First-level university degree in graphic design or fine arts; additional certificates in design, web development, or video production.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
This consultancy is renewed annually based on performance and budget. It does not include paid leave, insurance, or pension benefits. Compensation ranges from CAD 186 to CAD 210 daily. Full-time, five days a week, with at least three days in Montreal office. Occasional weekend/evening work may be required. Income is tax-exempt in Canada.
