The Opportunity

What You'll Do

Creative Execution & Design Production

• Develop static and motion‑based designs for digital ads, social content, websites, landing pages, and print materials
• Translate design briefs into polished, brand‑aligned visuals from concept through final execution
• Create animated display ads
• Design video assets for campaigns
• Handle full design workflow: concepting, design, resizing, and final delivery

Project Collaboration

• Work directly with project managers to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines
• Organize and manage working files efficiently (Dropbox, ClickUp familiarity a plus)
• Provide quick turnarounds while maintaining quality standards
• Remain flexible and professional when incorporating feedback

Modern Workflow & Tools

• Use Figma efficiently for design work (Figma Variables knowledge is a strong plus)
• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI, Canva Magic) to speed up ideation and production
• Demonstrate efficient, scalable design processes
• Stay current with design trends and tools
