Job summary

JAM CRM in Toronto is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our hybrid team of over 150 communication experts who are dedicated to creating exceptional work and helping clients shine. You will support Art Directors across email, social media, video, web, and traditional collateral while upholding brand consistency.

The role requires strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education related to Graphic Design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Fluent in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Web development best practices (responsive design, HTML5, CSS).

Responsibilities

• Support Art Directors by setting up files and making design edits for email, social media, video, web, and traditional Direct Marketing collateral
• Execute design concepts and layouts under direction of Art Directors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects and deliverables
• Collaborate with Studio teams to ensure technical requirements are met
• Receive and implement feedback efficiently, with a positive and collaborative attitude
