Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer at our Toronto office who lives and breathes visual storytelling. You have a stack of D&AD annuals on your shelf, you’re inspired by design culture.

You’ll be a key member of our creative team, bringing ideas to life across digital, social, and traditional platforms. This role requires someone who can think conceptually, execute beautifully, and collaborate seamlessly in a team.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Creative Directors to develop compelling visual solutions
• Design assets for a range of platforms including digital ads, social content, OOH, print, experiential, and branding projects
• Collaborate with account and strategy teams to ensure creative aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Stay up to date on design trends, technology, and cultural shifts to bring fresh perspectives to every project
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to larger campaign concepts
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files with precision and attention to detail

What we’re looking for:

•2–5 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment

•A killer portfolio that showcases a strong design sensibility across multiple mediums

•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma; bonus if you’ve dabbled in After Effects, or motion design

•Strong typography, layout, and branding skills

•Ability to both interpret and creative compelling visual design systems

•A collaborative spirit, open mind, and contagious curiosity

•Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

•Passion for design, advertising, and bringing bold ideas to life
