CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION : Leapros has been engaged by a homewares company headquartered in the Inland Empire to fill a contract role for a Graphic Designer. This is a 6 month assignment and it is a hybrid schedule, Tues – Thurs in office in Rancho Cucamonga CA. Typical business hours are 8am - 5pm.

POSITION TITLE : Graphic Designer

POSITION SUMMARY :

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This is a 6-month assignment, expected to run from April through October 2025. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong design fundamentals and a passion for consumer packaging. This is a hybrid role based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with in-office work required Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation is $28–$32 / hour, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :

• Experience in conceptualizing and executing consumer packaging (CPG) is required.
• Creates original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way, ensuring that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
• Chooses graphics and images as appropriate, selects fonts for written copy and suggests content ideas with product market managers; prepares drafts of design work, physical mockups if necessary, and presents designs to management for approval.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, management, and / or other project participants to understand project assignment, audience, and intended message.
• Manages assigned workload of design projects, accurately interprets detailed creative briefs and research findings, ensuring they are delivered on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Superior artistic, design, and consumer-focused content skills.
• Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related disciplines highly preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience

PAY TRANSPARENCY : A reasonable estimate of the available {annual or hourly} pay scale for this position is : $28-32 per hour. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
