Our client in the printing industry is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This role requires a professional who can deliver highly accurate, brand-compliant, and visually compelling cross-channel design solutions, tailored to meet the specific industry standards for print.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute precise design solutions from brief to completion, ensuring alignment with industry standards and brand guidelines.
- Participate in client meetings, providing insightful design rationale and communicating effectively to guide decision-making.
- Stay informed of industry trends and innovations; conduct market research and propose creative ideas that enhance client designs.
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG (ADA) accessibility standards, enhancing accessibility without compromising on aesthetics.
- Uphold the client’s brand by providing consistent and accurate brand guidance across all design outputs.
- Advise clients on optimal solutions for their communication needs, managing queries or escalating them to senior team members as needed.
- Proactively manage workload, working independently and collaboratively within the design team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor job budgets and deadlines, escalating potential overages in a timely manner.
- Adhere to and continuously seek improvements in quality control processes.
- Execute production art tasks, including creating and refining mechanical layouts, redesigning existing compositions, and ensuring brand integrity.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver designs that meet all requirements.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, approved, and properly stored.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior creatives or direct supervisors.
What you will need to succeed :
- 2-4 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, supported by a diploma or degree in graphic design, new media design, or information design from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and After Effects, with animation skills considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of Apple OS and ecosystem, along with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Dreamweaver.
- Experience designing web assets, social media graphics, digital ads, email campaigns, animations, and print media.
- Strong adherence to corporate brand guidelines with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, objectives, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas professionally and diplomatically, even in challenging situations.
- Comfortable working in a team environment, brainstorming and presenting ideas with senior-level business partners.
- Competence in quickly visualizing concepts and design direction through sketches and mood boards.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for design.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with bilingual skills considered an asset.
