About The Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team at our Vancouver headquarters. This is not a UX or game design role, but one centered on creating compelling visual content across our product packaging, educational materials, digital promotions, and social media platforms. You will play a key role in visual storytelling and campaign execution, working alongside content writers, marketers, and under the guidance of our Art Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented designer with strong skills in layout, color, and branding, and a passion for shaping meaningful and imaginative experiences through design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into engaging visual content
• Design marketing assets including social media graphics, print collateral, email campaigns, thumbnails, and digital ads
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual deliverables in accordance with established guidelines
• Contribute fresh, creative ideas to elevate campaign visuals and storytelling
• Receive and incorporate feedback from Art Director and team in a constructive and efficient manner
• Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring color accuracy and print-readiness
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong grasp of layout design, color theory, typography, and digital asset preparation
• Ability to manage asset libraries and iterate quickly on visual concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to manage time effectively under deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative design and storytelling
