Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, is seeking a Graphic Design Team Leader to guide in-store and digital communication materials, lead content across channels, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Ingka Group, drive national/global projects, and mentor a design team while upholding IKEA's values and Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Graphic Communication Design, Media and Typography or 5+ years related experience.
  • Experience leading design and content production for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across functions.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage content across all digital products.
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency across all channels.

What you'll need to have
  • Formal education in Graphic Communication Design, Media and Typography and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience

  • Lead internal and external communication materials production with the focus is in communication in the in-store environment.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to create and manage content across all digital products.
  • Follow standard practices and procedures to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Work across function within Ingka Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses.
  • Support national and/or global projects.
