Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant / Graphic Communications Sales Specialist to drive the sale of continuous feed inkjet and workflow solutions within Ricoh print customers and new accounts. You will articulate business cases and coordinate across hardware, software and services to meet client needs.

You will manage complex sales cycles, build credible executive-level relationships, develop opportunities, present to C-level leaders, and lead proposals, RFPs, and workshops to grow

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of successful B2B sales in print hardware, software, services and solutions.
• Experience negotiating sales and driving complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets while managing MIF and expenses.
• Proficient in territory, account and opportunity management.
• Generate a strong pipeline and close hardware, software and services opportunities.
• Create compelling business cases and lead client interactions with executives.
• Drive Ricoh’s Solutions Portfolio aligned to customer needs and lead proposals/RFP responses.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to deliver solutions and handoffs.
