Bartlett is seeking a Grain Accounting Specialist in Winkler, MB. The role processes and records grain purchase and sale transactions, collaborating with customers, merchandisers, and operations teams to ensure accurate accounting.

The position requires strong math, Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, day shift with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and/or training.
• Experience with grain accounting is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in math and Microsoft Office programs.

Mansioni

• Process grain accounting transactions.
• Interpret documents from customers (invoices, statements, checks).
• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
• Process timely advances, payments and invoices in grain accounting software.
• Process bills for payment.
• Identify and resolve exceptions.
• Maintain status reports, files and records for easy access.
• Backup for other department positions as workload dictates.
• Handle internal and external customer inquiries with positive service.
• Work on special projects and other tasks as assigned.
