This is a great opportunity to join the growing commercial team at GRAIL as a Grail Galleri Consultant, working closely with sales leadership to develop go-to-market sales strategies and launch a revolutionary new technology for MCED (multi-cancer early detection).

This key client-focused position requires urgency and passion to deliver best-in-class new products for early cancer detection. The role is field-based in the Orange County territory.

Responsibilities :

  • Be part of a best-in-class commercial organization.
  • Report directly to the District Manager.
  • Prospect and target early adopters to generate interest in the Galleri Test.
  • Represent a diverse team of professionals to enhance competitiveness and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to succeed within the evolving external environment.
  • Work with executive sales leadership to ensure immediate success.
  • Develop and implement a business plan aligned with brand strategy to support product launch.
  • Leverage understanding of the Laboratory Developed Test (LDT) market, competitive landscape, and current treatment options to execute sales activities and growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, manage promotional budgets, and execute national sales strategies per GRAIL standards.
  • Identify marketplace opportunities, share best practices, and communicate strategies proactively.
  • Manage promotional activities to support sales and marketing strategies, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through Medical Affairs.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 6-8 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or laboratory sectors.
  • Proven sales success and accolades.
  • LDT launch experience; cell-free DNA experience preferred.
  • Experience with product launches and disruptive technologies preferred.
  • Knowledge of geography and customer base, particularly in concierge medicine.
  • Understanding of industry trends and their business impact.
  • Top performance in field sales or management.
  • Track record of growing complex organizations and maintaining key relationships.
  • Willingness to build from scratch and work in a startup/high-growth environment.
  • Passion for the mission and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to travel as required.

The full-time annual base salary range for this position is $110K-$138K, with actual pay based on skills, experience, and location. Additional incentives include performance-based bonuses, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, flexible time-off, and more.
